"If Tony wants to start, he's gonna start"
How much to crack Porker's knee caps?(I know you got a couple of goons)
If you do that, Pop will just pick up an unsigned washed up TOSB PG to replace Porker in the SL.
Patty is a really good player now. I think the Spurs want him back and will pay him good money to anchor the second unit.
Not sure that a starting point guard role is good for him full time - Manu got paid well to be a difference maker for a lot of years on the second five.
That's shameful. If Porker had any integrity, he'd agree to come off the bench for MVPatty (much like Antonio Daniels did for him in 2001), and he'd give MVPatty a cut of his absurd salary while he's at it. Porker is one of the most selfish cancers in NBA history.
If Parry gets PAID, can Pop STILL make him come from the bench? Is that something the FO will allow?
Maybe it doesnt make sense for the FO to do that. They wont fire Pop...
If he is not starting and getting minutes, Spurs can use that money to get some other player that Pop will play.
At the end of the end, to be efficient, more money shold means more minutes..otherwise, it doesnt make sense.
It all depends on how much money Parry gets offered from other teams.
“It shouldn’t take (Pop) doing what he did to get us going,” said Patty Mills, who scored 16 on 4 of 7 shooting from deep. “No more messing around.”
and he had one of the better games in the Bulls loss. That is when you know he's a leader.
That was back then.
This season in a far longer period since its almost half the season, the spurs have the following players in top ranking per ESPN:
40. Pau
63. Lamarcus
66. Kyle
89. Danny
93. Rudy
Other Spurs:
113. Davis
133. Kawhi (It has to be noted that it's a super small sample of minutes with kawhi and the numbers reflect the Spurs lost a majority of the games with him coming back bc they had trouble scoring... that should change with time but as of right now that is where he stands).
146. Patty
154. Dijon (massive negative offensively)
201. Manu
338. Tony
388. Joffrey
423. Bryn
