Can you tell us anything about the birth certificate's shadows?
All, I know is the digital copy provided those years back was a computer do ent. No way to know using it. It's like any other certified copy. Without the actual original available, there is no way to tell. Originals sometimes get lost. Hawaii has a record, and I find the conspiracies idiotic. Can you imagine all the people who would have to be involved in such a conspiracy.
