I've been tough on Aldridge but I hope he really is turning the corner and is ready to play consistently as the 2nd best player. It makes the Spurs so much better

only someone who is trolling and not really a team fan would wish any Spur doesn't play well.
Roleplayers may have up and down games, but one expect the stars to be consistent... so Lamarcus had to step up.

know Pop plays Lee as a center at times... just stating the obvious... Bertans and Lee have played together... but I have never, ever seen him play as a wing for Pop... not ever.

In reality Lee is playing so well that if you want to play Bertans you would have to bench Lamarcus or Lee... his path to minutes is uphill.

If they were the 5th seed, I could see them tanking to avoid the Duds in the 2nd rd. I would assume they would probably want to play the Rockets (especially w/ the revenge factor) so thankfully the 6th seed would suffice.

If they beat the Rockets then they will finally get past the 2nd rd.

The spurs are playing better without Leonard. He's a team killer and you can tell the guys enjoy playing without him. The Kings are looking to move Rudy Gay so I think we should pull the trigger on that trade for him and Leonard.

The path is for Bertans to get minutes at the 3, which is what he's always been. But that would mean... something you don't like. I'm sorry, but Kyle was not exactly a bright spot on the team tonight. Most of the rest of us would have liked to see Bertans at least get a shot.
