LeGOAT would ring every year if he played in the West.
This pussy has been taking games off, coasting to the finals where the likes of the sixers, bulls, knicks, and magic have been the compe ion
Its a given that he would have 0 rings, but would he make more than 1 finals appearance? It wouldn't have mattered for MJ, who showed his transcendent game...but for a player like Lebron I don't think so.
LeGOAT would ring every year if he played in the West.
I've been saying it for years....He may have made the finals 6 straight times, but in my opinion, that's not as impressive as some people think considering his compe ion in the East. He's even struggled against some East teams that I think a lot of the top teams in the West would have beaten easily, IMO.
If the same teams he was on the past six seasons were located in the Western Conference, I don't think he makes the finals 6 straight times.
I'm not saying he's not great, because he is, as evidenced by his individual play. I just don't think the feat itself is that amazing.

Can we put this myth to bed? If you want to argue LeBron would be playing more often against 'superior' compe ion in the West, then you have to assume LeBron would be also playing on a better team, since he's in the West. You can't say he'd struggle against the Western Conference with Lebron playing on a Eastern Conference team as your basis.

LeGOAT literally beating the West by himself with D-League rosters around him![]()
They likely would have lost 4-1 had Draymond Green not been a re and tried getting away with another kick. Too many people forget that.
The Warriors still would have choked. And LeGOAT would have won in 2015 if the two best D-Leaguers from his D-League supporting cast weren't out injured.
He would have less finals appearances but more rings imo might've worked out better for him to be on this side. Would've God awful if the east had no contenders the last 6 years without LeBron, though.
You folks are out of your ing minds. The East has as many players as the West. Lebron left Cleveland over 6 years ago, made 4 consecutive Finals and then came back to Cleveland and made 2 more. The same guy being in the Finals 6 years in a row, and being undoubtedly the best on his team in each of those, is indeed impressive.
That's what I don't get with people criticizing LeGOAT for playing in the East. It would be a vast wasteland without him. The real issue is the other teams' inability to draft, develop or attract stars.
Doc owned LeBron when KG/Pierce were still in their PRIMES &Hibbert
owned LeBron before he had a mental breakdown.
Pacers tried but Granger had a career ending injury which hurt them in the 2013 ECF b/c their bench was crap.
Took outright cheating in some cases, like the 2012 ECF against the Celtics.
