The run game is strong though. Gonna be like watching early season Minnesota games where they dumb down the offense and rely on defense (and lots of Janikowski FGs)
I'm not a fan. He lights up third stringers in preseason but only has one good regular season performance (against Houston a couple years ago). Weak armed yet aggressive. Bad combo. Sadly we are going to rely on defense making game changing plays... Sacks, turnovers, etc

run game and o-line is strong, but how much of that effectiveness was due to the threat of Carr's passing?
bradford is better than mcgloin and we dont have that kind of defense to rely on. they can make plays and force turnovers but they give up chunks and points, too
He is at least average. Don't let the previous years stats be a measure. Those were suck ass Raider teams. I watched him live vs the Chargers. He's got some game. If Raider coaches can devise a good game plan to fit his skills, Raider playoff hopes are still alive.
I didn't watch the game, but I heard the QB play was poor, so not sure why that's funny, tbh
Allowing 24 points to a terrible Broncos offense should be a larger concern IMO..
The highlight of our season is the Raiders are probably not going to win it all...otherwise the second half of the season was a disaster.
^^I don't dislike the Raiders, tbh..they've been irrelevant for so long and I don't really dislike any of their players outside of that pussy Crabtree..
The Chiefs, OTOH, ew..
Crabtree..
denver refs tbh...
They would have had a hard time beating Pittsburgh even if they had the second seed.
agreed. it was over once carr went down, sadly
And with Carr, it would have been a very close game. Would have been fun to watch.
All Connor Cook throws vs Denver

Raider fans need to just be glad they are back in the mix and be patient. They weren't going to do anything this season but maybe win vs Houston with Carr. That should be obvious. Next season is when things start getting serious and that should also be obvious. An AFC le game a very real goal in 2017.
They have that great coach/QB combo combined with youth, a killer combination.
If the Raiders had an average QB like Matt Moore, they would still be a darkhorse contender, this year IMO..
A lot of hyperbole based on Carr being replaced by terrible alternatives..
The Raiders only beat one playoff team, Houston. KC spanked them twice. Atlanta beat them.
They played the 4th toughest strength of schedule in the league this year... Behind Denver, Cleveland, and Philly. And the Raiders 2017 schedule projects to be the 2nd toughest.
They played how many playoff teams? Try three....and only beat one.
Please stop, ok? YES...YES....the Raiders are back and there will be GREAT days ahead, ok? Just keep it real, ok? Don't get all silly with...I like the Raiders.
I like the Raiders also, love that track guys connection and the history. So many great/interesting players.
Time to grow up spurraider.
If only you gave your victims a chance to grow up before trying to take advantage of them
Here I am the only poster here who can really talk your Raiders and look at how you act, why? I can still see the great Art Powell who could play today catching long passes. Clem Daneils breaking away, he was the first great Raider RB.
Grow up, ok?
Bo Roberson was a long jumper/sprinter/footballer at Cornell. He'd win the silver medal at the 1960 Olympics with a 26-7 jump, he was the roots to that Raider speed tree. The first speedy Raider.
