The clothing company stopped carrying his Trump-brand clothing line after Trump descended the gilded escalator of blowhardism to declare that Mexicans were "rapists";

Trump responded to the slight with a #BoycottMacy's hashtag and a mocking of their troubles ever since.

So he's responsible, right?

He was already taking credit for the company's troubles in July of 2015; as of the following November his "boycott" was still going strong.

So now, because Donald Trump is just that all-powerful, Donald Trump has cost 10,000 Americans their jobs.
