Absolutely. A loss for Cleveland is great for us, ESPECIALLY if it's a loss against the West.

We've already guaranteed to be at least tied for the first tiebreaker with them (H2H), and the second tiebreaker is opposite conference record so every Cleavers loss against the West is doubly important for us.
