He better dead it soon or he won't be a Spur for long, tbh..Pop's leash for outspoken or arrogant Black American players is very short..he usually avoids them, altogether..
    typical liberal tbh

I'm glad Murray's showing promise so soon. Hopefully it translates to us not overpaying for Mills this summer.

    HarlemHeat37 makes everything about race.

Has nothing to do with arrogant black players dude. Its arrogance altogether. (And I don't think that's why Murray didn't play late. He's a rookie, its not surprising) Idk why you keep making this about race
Harlem is a troll and the race shtick is one of his many shticks he uses to troll.

No way he would've played in the 4th and overtime. He made some runners, but he also got his pocket picked a couple times and that won't get you crunch time minutes.

Murray is going to add swag and at ude to this team, but it will still need to be tempered by the overall culture of humility.

Won't be the last time Pop pulls him when no one else is ready for him to come out.

There was definitely a lot of talking from Murray. First with with Riggens , with Irving (which I missed) & then with POP on the offensive end. Not sure what it was about. Therewas a bit of finger pointing . After the Pop convo, he was benched for good.

Sad really, because this the coach that preaches getting over yourselfs. Seems like a one way street to most observers. Murray was showing fire, scoring with ease on dribble penetration & the pull up jumper.

Maybe not closed but he should of seen more mins in the 4th.

After watching a replay of the game, I don't think Pop was punishing Murray. I mean, Murray played in the fourth and had stopped scoring and was basically dribbling up and passing and then going to the weak side for the entire play. I think bringing Mills in was about the timing of the game and Mills' ability to shoot and spread the court a little more. And of course, in overtime, he was going to stick with Mills for his shooting and experience. It was clear that Mills was always going to close out the 4th and he came in midway through the 4th, so that's more of a natural subs ution pattern that I would expect.

He didn't handle double teams very well, so I doubt Pop trusts him just yet with game on the line.

Clown. Glad you popped your head up, my friend. Glad to see you around.

Seriously, though, I guess Pop decided to trust Dejounte in crunch time against the Raptors.
