Looks like someone didn't like being on here, and reported it to the internet police.

I hate it when authority is abused.

Then it is either a bad browser, or you don't have the security settings high enough to warn yo of legitimate bad sites.

I used to blame the gremlins when our equipment acted all wonky. Now I blame the Russians hacking into it.

Chrome says this is untrustable site.

Is the server compromised? dropping on our machines?

Maybe Pootin's hackers compromised the server like he compromised Trash?

I'd be surprised if a single complaint would cause Google to make it untrustable.

    This is probably the reason:

    http://www.zdnet.com/article/google-...-sites-as-bad/

ST owner too cheap to buy a cert?

I'm using Firefox and I still get the warning as posted above.

It's probably the outdated servers that's not keeping up with the latest hotfixes that browsers often get.

    Yep.

Putin has about as much interest in this server, and he did the DNC...

This is the only site I visit I have seen it on.

Doing some research, it appears someone is regularly posing phishing sites, other places that hack, or using this site for other felonious activity.

Be careful what you click on here, until the alert goes away.

I wish they were more specific.

You're wrong, as usual, it's Google trying to get websites, after months of warnings, to replace HTTP with HTTPS.

The article you posted says they would mark it with a red cross next to the URL

The message when users hit Spurstalk is completely different it specifically says the site is deceptive. Totally different thing

My guess is our site was blacklisted due to the search results it produces through google. Most likely the NSA has algorithms that automatically blacklist sites. Probably the content of the Political Forum would trigger the NSA blacklist method.

This is all related to NSA and US government shutting down their so called "fake news" sites bull

I would not be surprised if the Pizzagate thread itself singlehandely triggered this site. It will be hard for anyone to have spurstalk removed now

If visitor opts to proceed past the warning, Chrome replaces the URL/search bar with a red (warning sign + "Dangerous")

If ST owner would buy/install a cert, the Chrome warning would disappear, proving my points, proving you're wrong.

That so many sites had the danger warning on day Google started its project, you might have point, but you don't.

Google has many warnings. Its illogical they would use the "phishing" warning for sites not having https. Makes no sense.

Its like using a Stop sign when you want the driver to detour to a side road.
