schools in the US will turn out way more ducks in the next few decades.

Yep. Border enforcement and deportation hit all time highs under Obama.
Then no one should be upset as Trump's expands on Obama's work.
there are folks who objected to that. they have every right to still be upset.
people also blow with the political winds or otherwise change their opinions about policy. that's legit too.
being that immigrants barely budge the needle on crime, the security payoff may not be worth the cost. plus, it could hit us right in the breadbasket:
http://www.westernfarmerstockman.com...gh-ag-industryMore than half of U.S. farm workers are undo ented, according to the American Farm Bureau Federation. President Donald Trump’s threats against immigrants could add up to higher grocery bills as growers and companies wrestle with labor shortages, according to studies from the bureau and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Just think of all the jobs Americans will have to choose from! Pick food? Mine coal? Feed livestock? Endless possibilities!

So be it, the market will adjust just like it adjusts when the minimum wage goes up. Prices will rise, the populace will make their choice of what to purchase. There will be winners and losers, but WE WILL decide. That's how commerce works.
Illegals need to get their illegal asses up and out of this country. They are illegal.
Better than holding a sign at the freeway on ramp.
Those guys make more than picking ing lettuce.
And that's a problem.
So you're on the #fightFor15 train!
Chooo choo!
They're people and they contribute a lot to this country. Immigration law is overdue for a reform, and not to make it harder for immigrants to come here. Quite the reverse.
Who's gonna pay for your Social Security and Medicare?
They broke & entered this country. They are criminals. Out!
Feeling sorry for illegals is like feeling sorry for criminals. Don't want to go to jail or get deported, don't break the ing law.
No, it's not. Administrative law=/= criminal law.
It's like saying people who get parking tickets are criminals: technically correct, yet absurdly exaggerated.
undo ented immigration is an offense against an administrative agency of government, not a violation of the criminal code.
blurring the distinction is demagogic. it tortures the facts until they confess to whatever you want.
There are people who are deportable / removable (because they don't have permission to be here, because they have permission to be here but have violated a term of their stay, or for some other reason such as a criminal conviction). There are people who lack legal status and are also not removable. There are people who "have no lawful status," but are also not "unlawfully present." There are people who are removable but also eligible to apply to stay in the US lawfully. There are people who would be eligible to apply to stay here lawfully, but the application is only available if the government first tries to deport them. There are people outside the US who are not eligible to come in legally, but if they were here, they would be allowed to stay. There are even people who are simultaneously deportable and eligible to apply for citizenship.
There are also ways to "break the law" and still be present lawfully. There are lots of types of violations of immigration law and criminal law that can't result in deportation for people in certain types of status, or where there's a "grace period." There are some crimes where you're fine if you were convicted in 1995, but totally out of luck if it was 1997.
Do you have proof of Trump ordering people who shouldn't be deported to be deported?
did I claim I did?
anyway, there's evidence of that posted in this thread if you care to read. Border Patrol is the executive branch, the EO bears the president's signature.
Criminal illegal aliens are being rounded up and deported what is the problem?
