I know these ers were hoping Jim stayed
It was a step forward to get rid of Jimbo. Giving the keys to AIDS right after though? That's like 10 steps backwards.

Now that would be beyond dumb if true ...
    As for the tweets ...
The last time a notorious business man was given for his tweets and that didn't stop him from gaining the oval office ...sad as it is that I am comparing my favorite Laker to Trump but dumb ass tweets haven't stopped him from winning as Cully reminds us daily...

You can't make this up. Now Magic wants KOBE - the guy who ran off Shaq and MVPau - to do PLAYER RELATIONS.

Serious, though, this move doesn't harm them, at all..they were already near rock bottom, the odds are that it can only get better, tbh..

Here is the thing ...because we are at the bottom ...of course magic is gonna say he turned it around and dudes like SAS and GoliC will give him credit for it.
Just like Trump any small gain will be lauded...smh.
But either way Magic is a gain over Buss ...

if they hire that player agent as GM. The Suns have proven that hiring agents to be GMs is a re ed strategy that usually ends with the agent/GM giving his former clients contracts they're not worth.

Next thing you know, the Ravens are going to fire Ozzie and put Ray Lewis in charge.
What a horrible analogy...you just compared one of the best GM's in NFL history to one of the worst GM's in NBA history. The Magic/Ray Lewis comparison probably isn't that far off, but we won't know till a year or two down the road. LAL still has a lot of purging to do (Russell, Deng, Mozgov, Young, etc).

As it stands right now, Lakers are going with the unknown over 2 known, universally-recognized FO failures. Spurfan knows this too, but they're compelled to maintain the charade of false bravado.

OT but LOL Clippers...sorry ass s had the chance to claim part of Hollywood with the Laker drought, but could never get out of the 2nd round One of the biggest tragedies in basketball tbh. They got one more year after this then they'll be forsaken by the city again.

Great day for LakerNation...just keep trimming the fat and stay in contention for a top-3 pick.

Comment was more about Magic and Ray than Ozzie and Mitch, though Bisciotti seems to be implying that Ozzie could be fired if the Ravens miss the playoffs this year.

I can't speak for other Spurs fans, but I don't care about the Lakers. They have a long way to go before they threaten the Spurs, so who cares? I am not worried about what Denver is doing, and they're providing a lot more substance than LAL is.

He said after multiple posts in a Lakers thread. It's pretty big news though so I won't be petty and lord that over you, but don't pretend for a second that you don't care about the Lakers--everybody cares about the Lakers, just look at the NBA Forum the past 10 years and compare the amount of Laker-related threads to the number of the other 29 teams combined

As you well know, spurfans have an inherent inferior complex when it comes to the Lakers...it's seeded in the fact that nobody outside of the city gives a about their accomplishments, which makes them feel slighted and bitter. Just look at some of the meltdowns itt--particularly from a certain currybreath IT guy/sjw/parker fan

710 AM ESPNLA is suggesting Swaggy P and Lou may get 86'd. The Lakers are zeroing in on The Pick!

Not defending how poorly the Clippers have been run by any means, but you do realize that the Buss kids are making the same mistake with Magic that Ballmer did with Doc, right?
