i think all the available evidence points to the fact that animals originated in the sea, yes.

Why would a God need to go about it that way it makes no sense. He would know the confusion it would cause.

So all life on earth can all be traced back to that slithering little sea creature who for whatever reason decided to give living on land a shot, knowing he'd have plenty to eat.....right? And, there must have been a male and a female....right? So when did these things think about flying? So we got the ant nd the elephnt from this couple.....more or less....right?

Humans need heros, stories, so we have them. That goes as far back as we do. Every culture has it's heros and villians and stories, it's something we seem to need. All total bull .

What isn't bull is here we are hanging in outer space with a gigantic ball of fire hanging over us. Nobody ever falls off the planet, the water never spills as we spin around and around and around. Dude, if that can happen don't you think anything is possible? The sun the perfect distance, the rotation of the earth...perfect....the nutrients in the ground, the sperm and the egg, DNA...all just happened by chance, you cannot be that naive.

im sure the designer thought about making males and females, and if you believe he has the power to create life, humans, etc, then certainly he has the power to give sea creatures lungs and legs, right?

mm, not quite. insects are arthropods, so they come from sea creatures that are also arthropods, like lobsters and sea spiders. very very different from bony fishes like the mudfish we looked at, which have spinal chords

i agree that we're lucky. but what would happen if the earth wasn't in the right position, or gravity didnt exist? then humans wouldn't be here.

and if we didn't exist, the universe wouldn't be sitting there complaining. it would go right along. stars would still form and explode. planets would still get rocked by meteors. the universe without humans would look the same as it does if it did have humans
