Would it be acceptable if he just bashed New Fox during speeches, unwarranted, like his predecessor did countless times?
What's the difference? Old Fox carried out its right-wing agenda against Obama and they were mocked openly by the President, those were his coping mechanisms.
New Fox is waging its agendized war against this President. He's bashed them unprovoked in press conferences and speeches, like his predecessor. Right there, if left as is, this is nothing different than what the predecessor did.
Now he is refusing them entrance into the White House. That is Troll Godliness, it's just not acceptable for the POTUS to do.
Regardless, I don't side with media outlets so much as I do certain personalities and I find too many parallels between Old Fox and New Fox that it's laughable to deny that they are nothing more than partisan cheerleaders.
But, to Old Fox's credit, they carry a lot more stories from around the world that New Fox refuses to. How New Fox can continue to refuse to report on Muslims killing and persecuting Christians overseas, ya know, the BIGGEST persecution and genocide of any group anywhere on the planet the last 20 years, but why do that when there is a narrative they have to uphold.
I'm uncertain if fake news is as bad as flat out not reporting the news which more than 2/3 of the world is seeing. New Fox is great at both.

Yep - had to tolerate 4 days of watching only CNN when in Canada for funeral - no wonder my Canadian relatives (with the exception of the Christian, homeschooling couple) despise Trump so if this is all they listen to.
