    Also the on court performance: Diaw's coffee-sipping, "too cool for school" at ude was starting to become infectious in negative way..Locker room needed more hungry dudes either driven by money-making (contract years Dedmon, Simmons etc..), or playing chip on their shoulders (see Lee's fire vs Boston/GSW) or a desire to prove themselves in the league (Bertans, murray)..

    I know, and I think he's getting less and less effective at it. When was the last time the team seemed galvanized by his comments? He used to be able to drop that card to great effect. But he probably hasn't had a good motivational speech that we know about since "I want some nasty".
