He is a mini-mini-DRob (said this like the beggining of the season). Elite player. Better than Mills already, not that Mills is lacking. I would hate to lose any of these guys though because of legacy players.

Ah, but would the real D-Rob go against his mom's religion and play this hedonistic game?

He's not elite until he's in an HEB commercial.

There might be a good chance that he stays in the starting lineup. Pau may be ok with that the way things went the last two games.

He's not in an HEB commercial until he re-signs. How big an incentive is THAT?

I thought this guy was just some young dude the team picked up somewhere to fill up the line up or something.

Then I saw glimpses of his good play. Then looked for his older highlights especially in Orlando.

Wow, they've found a pretty good one. How good is the staff?

Hes the exact player theyve been desperately needing the past 2 years.

Spurs needed the pressure he puts at the rim in PnRs. Not to mention, his ability to protect the rim on D, rebound, and switch/ hedge effectively in PnR defense.

Hoping he stays in the starting lineup.

Pay the man a 3 yr deal. He should be the priority this summer. 2nd priority is a 3rd wing that can play both ends.

I think Deadman runs the floor better and plays better perimeter defense on switches. Spurs absolutely need to keep him.

Could we get Dedmon a Danny Green type deal? Or is he going to get too many big bucks thrown at him for that? Big fan, I think he's valuable and effective, but I'd be leary about giving him too much money. I think he's shown his upside.

A team that doesn't know the CBA rules on contract length. Scary, though, that $90M/4 is not out of the question.

Nah, Lakers and Kings have a lot of centers under contract

True that it takes only one team to offer it, but I really can't see him getting anything near that or even Biyombo money. If he does, then good for him. He should buy his mom a present.
