TRolling the airwaves since 1979 I have been called many things I have no problem with one more word.
What would be fair is for someone in this forum to finally produce some real evidence to help support they're postings.

Not trying to insult you. Luddite's just have a mistrust of science and technology. I don't agree with the take but to each their own.

I think science is the best way of attaining knowledge that we have. I do not trust intuition and view it as a last resort or a short cut.
Real Science yes.
Like telling students how life began with not enough evidence, that sort of intuition , or finding a tooth and creating a half ape half man theory?do not trust intuition and.

Optical illusions, poor memory, misidentification, false equivalence. The list goes on as to how our senses are fallible and cannot always be trusted. Even if the human sensory experience was infallible, we are emotional creatures and that clouds our judgment.

It's always been The Church and Creation vs Evolution and Darwin it's like Coke vs Pepsi
A.D. is Sprite,Dr. Pepper.Root beer..etc...it's the Alternative choice for those who don't want to support the Bible and still not having to support Darwin.
It could be outside involvement, it could be Intelligent life from another Galaxy.

If you want to believe the earth took only 6 days to complete go right ahead just don't tell me I have to pray and support the Bible.
The only thing we know for sure humans are somewhat intelligent the earth, human body, plants, animals, and our DNA has a Design, it not random.
So if you think about it AD is not only the alternative option its most logical one.

Why are scientists so worried about going to space and the moon when we have so many problems here?
And look at all the technology we have thanks to that research. You can't be short sighted. A project like this can really expand our knowledge about genetics in general which can come a long way in gene therapy, genetic splicing, etc.
Besides, you do realize that the scientists working on this are within their speciality right? It's not like all scientists in the US are going to be working on dinosaur projects.
