You know me, Lammy, would I enjoy this?
great movie that i recommend everyone see*.
unlike most movies, you should definitely see this one surrounded by black people who talk during the movie.
*if youre the type of person who starts a spurstalk thread any time white people are portrayed as racist, you probably shouldnt see this movie. im looking at you, darrins.
You know me, Lammy, would I enjoy this?
Sounds like OP would love this upcoming Netflix series
Lol, the like to dislike ratio
The whites in Get Out are all liberal Darrin you don't have to worry
As long as there are no offensive Halloween costumes, I'm good.
i'll probably check it out instead of reflexively feeling attacked by it, thanks for the reco.
I check out anything with Denzel
Where's the move review?
you dont seem like the type who would like it. your reaction would probably be something like "what if we made a movie where all of the black people were bad and they came after white people?"
So...no review. Typical Spurstalk bull . Deceptive as .
i dont want to give too much away. it's ing great and you should see it surrounded by chatty black people. do that and thank me later.
My wife and I had the same reaction. We saw it at Studio Movie Grill because Alamo Drafthouse was sold out, and I'm glad we did. Really a perfect movie to see with people yelling at the screen and cheering.
Definitely see it now when the theaters are full..was so enjoyable that way
I hear it actually s all over white liberals tbh
yeah theyre definitely the upper crust liberal types who pretend to sympathize with blacks but dont actually understand or associate with them
still i dont expect the types who constantly whine about reverse racism to see past the black/white and into the nuance of the picture
I haven't seen the movie but if it's the one I'm thinking of (by Peele?) then the trailer looked interesting. I'm not a big fan of horror movies though. Is there a reason why this a must watch in theaters vs rent/buy the movie later?
some movies are more fun with other people around.
Amazing movie! Jordan Peele set the bar high with this one.
They made that obvious in the trailer when the creepy white dude says he would have voted for Obama to win a third term.
that's like the least liberal thing any of them says.
