I correct my statement.
The correct answer by looking at stats is that it really is Tony.
He still gets 68.5% of his shots unassisted and has a very high A/TO ratio and a good number of assists per his usage.

After Kawhi and Tony, it really is Dijon. There is no question. Obviously he's not consistently good enough at what he's doing right this second, thus he has way too many TO, and his own shooting percentages are not great as he only has the floater, but he will get better with practice and experience and he can already create shots at this early stage (even as haphazard as it looks at times).
