Man, he has just been bad so far. It's not like he hasn't done anything good, he's just found a way to turn right around and mess up his good play.

His offensive awareness is the issue.

That was a horrible year for Spurs bigs and completely atypical of the rest of the Davis era. The Spurs are 5-2 since then and were 7-1 before that. Completely biases you numbers to focus on one season two years ago with an entirely different front court.

And in that same respect it's unfair to use the first two games from this year and the final game from last season since the Pelicans were gutted by injuries. In the games that both teams have been relatively healthy over the past three seasons the Spurs have struggled against the Pels.

This team is going to be rudely awaken come playoff time. It's just Kawhi and a bunch of spare parts.

I honestly think the Rockets could upset the Spurs in the playoffs.

Or, guys could start clicking at the right time and we don't lose a series.

The potential is very high for this team.

I know how important Green's D is and despite how bad his shooting has been he needs to play as much as possible, but it's starting to look like Pop is getting fed up with his poor shooting, sacrificing his defense for Manu's shooting. Don't agree with that move at all.

Also, it's ridiculous how little help Kawhi has been getting for nearly two months now on offense. Something needs to change or Kawhi's legs will be dead come playoff time.

For sure Green needs to play more. I think Manu was in there in hopes of a little offensive spurt to end the half with Green struggling.

Manu is at 9 mins and Green is at 14, so I think Pop realizes Green has to play more. He's also gotta try and get Manu some minutes.

Just hoping Green gets going. I'd rather him struggle the next couple weeks and turn it on come playoff time lol
