FISA warrants are for ANY US persons involved in espionage. A warrant cannot be named against a specific person or campaign.

The claim that Obama ordered wiretaps on Trump has not in any way been tangibly proven. But investigate away.
I think the reason Trump is so sensitive about this is because if his phones were tapped it would be the end of him and he knows it.
