Parker has the most decorated career as a Spurs, not overall, Manu is one of the very few players that have won gold in every level of basketball that he has played.
And even then one can argue that Manu deserved the MVP in 2005, had Pop not decided to sit him. It was the best thing to do for the team and I think we would have won anyways. At the time People weren't going to give the MVP trophy to someone that comes off the bench. Remember they did not give Timmy the defensive player of the year, because then they used to think if you compete for an MVP you can't be a the defensive player of the year. Obviously it changed with Kawhi, who won it twice. Anyways, that's another conversation
So between Tony and Manu I really think it's a coin toss, it really comes down to your preference of score-first or pass-first type of player. But one thing is true at their prime they both were able to attack the basket take the contact and score the ball.

Parker clearly has the best NBA career of the current players. Basically Gasol +2 rings and +1 FMVP. Actually at this stage Kawhi already has a better NBA career than Pau: remember Pau hasn't received a single MVP vote in his whole career.

I just think it was clear cut that Pau was the difference in that team from first round exit, on the verge of implosion to back to back finals... that's pretty impressive impact, and really a huge role.
The Spurs suffered something somewhat similar in '09 when Manu went down, tbh, but it's much harder to measure due to Tim's being clearly the top dog...
There's a lot of ways to measure this, tbh... expectations, odds, stats... everybody has their own barometer... heck, even euros making a great NBA career was statistically unlikely 15 years ago... you had Divac, Sabonis, Schrempf, maybe a few more... A guy from South America was damn near zero...

In comparison Manu received MVP votes 3 times (highest rank 8th), LMA twice (highest rank 7th), Tony 7 times (highest rank 5th) and Kawhi twice (highest rank 2nd). Pau is really the odd one out. Well, Manu, Parker, Pau were complements to Tim and Kobe, they never were considered as the best player on a team. Kawhi has that top-dog point on his side now.
Also, rings are a collective effort, if counting les we can argue that Matt Bonner was better than Barkley...But if this about career's individual accolades, Kawhi is the obvious answer so far

How many other teams have six current or former All Stars? And all of which are multi-time all stars too and all named to at least one All NBA team.
For most all stars on roster:
- Cleveland has 5 - Lebron, Love, Kyrie, DWill and Korver (Bogut has only been All NBA while Korver hasn't ... Mo Williams got cut)
- Golden State has 5 - four who made it this year plus Iguodala (who has no All NBA)
- Clippers have 4 - Paul, Griffin, Jordan and Pierce
Anyone else even close? Several I can think of with three (Bulls, Knicks) but would need to check.

Parker. But I'd personally choose Manu, who I think sacrificed his game/stats for the good of the team. Can you imagine if Manu took the Harden route and left the Spurs during his Super Manu days? I also think the Thunder would have a few les if Harden would have been content at being 6th man.
