why should kawhi improve his playmaking skills when thats not his game....he doesn't need to pad his assists to make it seem like he has playmaking skills....
Kawhi's game is winning while playing great defense and great offense. Why does he need to stat pad by faking assist numbers so that it looks like he's getting his teammates involved? Kawhi passes the ball. He doesn't need the assist recognition if the Spurs score on a pass after his.
Harden and Westbrook, I wouldn't even consider as players who want to make their teammates better by selflessly passing them the ball. They're just doing it for the assist numbers, IMO. I don't think they're true team players. Lebron is a guy that actually passes the ball because he's trying to win the game and make his teammates better.

You being so sure that Kawhi was going to finish behind Lebron and KD on the all NBA teams was hating, or at least, a bit of ignorance about what Kawhi has been doing this season and what he's capable of doing, tbh.
