Just spoke to my friend's brother's father-in-law's physician who happens to know the Spurs' head trainer. Kawhi has a fractured skull and is out indefinitely.

Just ran by Kawhi at HEB, he had a can of molasses, which he dropped, we looked at each other, and laughed. Other than the fact he didn't want to sign an autograph for my nephew, he looked ok.

Wait, I'm in Boston, it was probably a dream, tbh, nvm...

No way in he sits out Saturday unless there's a concussion or something.

    If it's a precautionary thing, he'll play.

If he was hit in the head hard enough to sit him, they are required to put him through concussion protocol. I haven't seen it mentioned, but I'm sure the league has/will follow up on that part - even if Kerr has to make a few calls to make them remember.

I commented in the game thread, but OKC got by with a LOT of contact last night. I understand playing physical. But I also understand that the zebras are obligated to make certain calls. Two handed checks are supposed to be automatic. They were making two-handed full arm extension pushes all night. It doesn't get much more obvious.

That elbow that Adams put on Danny's neck was missed. But the refs reviewed the video to see if there had been a flagrant, saw what Adams had done, and assessed a double technical. At that point, they should have been making calls to keep things from getting out of hand. When they didn't I said that someone was going to wind up getting hurt. That was a case of refs just not doing their ing job. The Spurs played like , and Pop played Forbes - they earned the L. That's not what I'm saying. Just saying that the refs were every bit as ty as the Spurs played.

CWebb was a pathetic shill for OKC in general and RW in particular. Those sycophantic talking heads on TBN barely paid any attention to Kawhi's being whacked in the head with a hard forearm and forced out of the game. No matter that he is an MVP candidate - after all, he's a Spur. Fortunately for me, there are only a handful of games per season that Bill and Sean don't call and I am forced to turn no the national know-nothings. Adams clearly dealt Danny a forearm to the Adam's apple.

CWebb is a ing frat boy. In college, he played for the best team money could buy. He's the perfect judge for the All Star dunk contest, because he still thinks they count more than 2 points. him and his opinions. Westbrook is a very good player, and he deserves to be in the running for an individual award. And he'll likely finish his career with the same number of championship rings as Chris Webber.

Yea no doubt. Hopefully it's not that serious, but I'm sure Kerr will do his part to. There was 1 tweet that said he was fine, but haven't heard much else on the situation. Hopefully it's nothing and as they said just a precaution. The 1 seed is still very much in play, this doesn't set us back too much.

But yea, you're right man. OKC was getting away with a ton of contact. I saw Kawhi on one play in particular, dude looked visually pissed, and he said "make the call!" to one of the refs. I've seen him frustrated, but he looked genuinely angry. LMA as well, he was getting beat up by Adams and they weren't calling anything. And of course we saw Green get into it which I mean never happens.

This team was obviously physically and mentally fatigued, a loss was inevitable, but the refs didn't help. They let em' get away with a ton of contact. If we play these guys in the playoffs, I hope we really take it to them. There's no way they beat us 2x in a row, especially with no Durant. But I hope we are the clear aggressors and take it to them

Now we know why Bertans played so much. Pop had him out there to protect everyone else. Guess it didn't work.

He should be fine, it was not intentional contact.
