With how bad the Dubs have looked sans Durant (and who knows if he actually comes back to play near his best), their clear match up advantages against the Spurs, the Cavs looking mediocre, and no one else really separating themselves from the rest they could've actually won it all this year.

Tbh im sure he could arguably be a decent stop gap, with lee and gasol running the pf positions.
I don't think PATFO would ever sign Sanders. With his being away from the game for so long, I am not sure how much help he could provide anyway. It would be better to sign him for a full summer/training camp experience.
