GOT is a tough comparison as that is a ridiculously expensive show to produce, but it is a good point that in a 10 episode season you feel like they cover so much more ground than TWD does in their 16.
That explains it...its unbelievable I used to be glued to me chair when this show would air on Sunday's. I missed half of last season and I feel like I didnt miss much. It's just too much filler . You can tell because they barely spend money on certain episodes. Die hard walking dead fans say fans expect too much action and not enough dialogue but thats not true. GOT and Breaking bad had plenty of dialogue episodes that were awesome.

I can't watch anymore. Still on season 6 but it's just boring me to death with the same repe ive . I'm done, shame because the show had so much more potential.
People still watch this show?!
I did not watch last nite's show. Anybody have an opine? I'd appreciate it.
It's a good episode Negan steals the show as usual. We get to see a lot more about the Savior's base camp and the inner workings of the hierarchy. It bounces back and forth to Alexandria with Eugene and Rosita being the primary focus. It's a good episode imo
Thanks, Hungster.
90 minute episode that should have been a 60 minute episode or less. Next week is the mid season finale, something might happen.

People still watch this garbage?
I still watch even though the show has pretty much turned to crap for a while now. It's hard to stop watching after you've watched 6+ seasons, and 45 minutes per week isn't gonna kill me. Every once in a while there's a good episode. I am ready for it to wrap up. Hopefully next season will be its last and Carl dies before the series ends.
Another cringe-worthy and unnecessary filler episode.
I'm in the same boat. I continue on because I've been watching from the beginning and it's one of the few shows my wife and I sit and watch together. This show needs an end game plan, but AMC probably wants the cash cow to keep flowing and will continue to run it into the ground.
You know guys? Check out bates motel. It's on its last season. About 6 more episodes but start binge watching now! This is the fifth and final season.
Did it get any better? First two seasons were painful to sit through.
I watched all seasons in about two/three weeks. I thought it was good all the way through. The later episodes are darker and are more about normans relationship with his mother.
Same here but even my wife is getting tired of it. She used to cook or go get take out for the show, last week I had to make myself some sandwiches.
Well, that was a hot mess of a season finale. Much ado about nothing.
LMAO what a ! Amirite?
Jesus did they not learn from season three/four that dragging out the Governor conflict was a bad idea?
And judging by that music and Maggie's nonsensical monologue, we were supposed to give a that the black chick and a bunch of other redshirts were killed? They missed the mark on that one.
Not after that super ty finale.
Walking Dead may be finished.
I can't wait for Rick and Negan to come to blows in season 18.
