Journalist who got Trump tax files had to retract 2011 report
The journalist who obtained a portion of President Trump’s 2005 tax returns made a big splash on MSNBC Tuesday night as he analyzed the two-page summary on air. The same journalist, though, apologized back in 2011 for an erroneous – and ultimately withdrawn – report claiming News Corp made billions on income tax refunds.

Yup. What was the vig on those loans? Like $38-$50 billion by 2013 I think. How much did POTUS give the guys who footed the note, ya know, us? I'd have liked that $600 refund check W gave us on some extra points the Feds picked up on our monies.

Agreed, but It is notable that Donald supports eliminating the AMT, which If in effect in 2005, would have reduced his tax liability from $35M to roughly $5M.
