But after watching it on youtube just now, it did look iintentional, to touch Lebron up and make him feel his presence/physicality inside, but not hard enough to be leave you flat on your back, writhing in pain.

IMHO Lee was helping Lebron by giving him a reason to leave game and avoid the continued embarrassment Kawhi was providing him. Lee should be benched for season for aiding the opponent during a game. Lebron prob asked him during timeout.

Since LP somehow doesn't work (at least for me right now) this game with Spurs commentary, I'm watching now with the Cavs crew on (wow, they are bad in every single way). They clearly saw it (left elbow to the back of the head).
