    My sneaky su ion is that ot started with the Lebron hate and slowley developed into fandom.

    Every "huge" kawhi fan I've spoken to are Lakers fans. ...

    Kawhi is pretty popular hmin toronto too..at least among Asian Laker fans.

    Lakers fans without Kobe want to find him in a successful player. I'd say Kawhi's more Jordan-ish and DeRozan-choke is more Kobe. Being DeRozan the inferior player ...they love Kawhi, now.
