I just wanted to know your opinion. I wasn't taking a shot at you, just wanted to know if you're referring to the Spurs as I wanted to know your thoughts on their chances of even just making it to the WCF.
Right now, I'm not even sure what I think of the Spurs chances against anyone. The only thing I am certain of is that Kawhi will play hard in the playoffs and bring it. Any other player on the team, for the first times in years, I don't know what to expect from them.
All I wanted at the start of the season was a shot at the Warriors in the playoffs. That's pretty much what I wanted the past two seasons, but unfortunately the Spurs the bed for various reasons and it didn't happen. I thought there was a real shot at that a couple of weeks ago, but right now, I just don't know. I really just want to play the Warriors to see what happens. Spurs look like though.

Pretty similar opinion to me, especially on the rest of the players. At this point though, I'm not even sure about making it to the WCF with the way the team overall, and the rest of the players are playing. I guess we'll see what happens.

I wouldn't be surprised if the sensitive players of today's NBA pushed for this to avoid dealing with playoff failure after winning the MVP.
Why would the players push it? I pretty thought it's the NBA behind decision. I thought the NBA may have thought that their product looks bad if they vote someone MVP and then that player gets their ass handed to them. I thought the NBA is behind this. Was it the players?
I highly doubt the players had anything to do with it. It's a business decision. The league office saw the NFL and NHL raking in ad revenue by doing awards shows at the end of the year, and now they want a piece of that action. Not everything is an example of"muh sensitive players, muh NBA should be exactly the same as the '90s!!!"

Im a big fan of Kendrick, have been since Overly Dedicated. The Heart of 4 was fire asf especially with that beat switch...but we both know Drake is at the top of the game rn and has been for years. He's Jay Z and Kendrick is Nas.

The Whole NBA is behind Westbrook. Prior, Harden was the clear cut favourite...Harden's been a bit salty the last couple of games..and deservingly so.
We just have to accept the fact that Westbrook is the player The NBA community wants to label as the new franchise. Regardless if he's worth it ala Kobe.

Cant compare Drake to Jay because Drake doesnt have a classic album while Jay arguably has at least 3 personally i think Reasonable doubt is a bit overrated but the blueprint, black album and volume 2 are essential hip hop albums. Drake has lots of hits but even his first true LP is not a classic.
I agree that Kendrick is more like NAS and he has arguably 3 clasdics to drakes none.
