Alternative theory is that it might have been for posting handicapped girls in the Rate Her forum. It all happened the same day so it's unclear.

It's a joke. First reason, I don't think I've ever seen a rating on the "Rate Her" thread. And secondly, why can't handicapped...or I say, "handicapable" girls be rated?
