As evidenced tonight and the games before, the team as constructed cannot win without Manu playing well. No matter if he scores.
Do you want more Kyle Anderson minutes? Simmons? Kyle was the worst player, and Simmons did exactly nothing.
I think both Simmons and Kyle should play more... give them both minutes and maybe go with the one having the better game.

You have to understand they don't have the coach's trust like Manu has... they have had the short hook and Kyle specially only started to get minutes to end the season. They are obviously not the vets Manu is but both had very good games in the prior games in this series. they weren't passed to much or were involved much in what was going on.. again save a bad Kyle shot that was a desperation heave off a terrible Manu pass.

I have hope that given minutes they will get confidence and come through bc they have both been better than Manu so far. Do you realize Manu has given nothing? nothing? At least both guys went off last game (most of the time they played against the Memphis starters too)... they were just not as involved in this game offensively.. that is just the truth.

Gotta say I felt exactly the same way round '14. It made no sense that we couldn't shake Dallas then game 7 we woke up.

Tony played his best game in ages, Kawhi went legendary tonight, Memphis had 22 turnovers, and we still lost. ing crazy game.
All of this is true, which really puts a spotlight on Manu's poor play. And I'm a diehard Manu homer.

I've been screaming the same thing. And his D on Zbo is pesky as .
He shot it bc of the shot clock. That said, no guarantee Spurs would've made the shot on that possession. But a game this close will always beg the question of what could've been.

Shot clock error is overrated. Mills was wide open, he didn't care what was on the clock, he was shooting it. The problem is that he missed a wide open 3.
    Bull he rushed it

Davis has played well, but I think Lee played ok. It wasn't zbo that killed us tonight. It was Conley.
Yeah, I thought Lee played hard. Having said that, what exactly do we have in Bertans? The best case scenario version is scary awesome. Series like this though, even wide open shots dont go down.

The Spurs need a series like this in the first round. If they take care of business as expected they'll be well prepared to handle anything that comes at them defensively in the next rounds. Houston or OKC's defense will seem like a breath of fresh air compared to Memphis

I really donīt know in which series did Kyle and Simmons played well...ŋ?

I really am not concerned about Manuīs shots, but his energy, compare todays Manu with "last month" Manu, and he was being very effective on defense and giving us some assists and 3īs on offense. Now he can barely move.
The team misses his defense, more than his offense, and his play-making more.

That said, this series is turning a lot like the Dallas series, and i have a good feeling about it.

Pop is trying new things, really questionable rotations, but something similar happen with Dallas, in the end, it made us better.

manu just looks to have something bothering him even without him scoring he is not bringing energy
he's really not doing much out there but passing the ball like a hot potato even to guys that are not open..

Save this game, both guys have scored efficiently.
I understand you are a Manufan and will defend him and respect that, so I will just leave it at that.
Maybe the team's ceiling is lowered if Manu is done, but he's done. It is what it is.
