A couple of years ago, I think it was, I recall reading that Kawhi doesn't really play video games. He said if he's bored, he just goes to the gym and works out or works on things he needs/wants to, then he's not bored anymore. That might have changed by now, he might actually own an Xbox, but I doubt that he would play it much.
