There is a team in the NBA that won because of one player. It is called the Thunder. And they barely made the playoffs and are getting their ass kicked right now in the playoffs. The Spurs won 61 regular-season games. This is not a team rich in talent they are more solid with one great player. And a great all-time coach guiding them. I have been on this site for more than 10 years and every playoff series when the Spurs lose it is all because of pop. And every playoffs when they win he gets no credit. This is the only place that one of the greatest coaches of all time gets no respect. So-called Spurs fans that clearly are not really fans. I failed to see any other explanation when he has five rings, and the team even with Tim retired is still in contention. ing pathetic.
Pop has the bed in the playoffs the last two seasons. Just because he has 5 rings, doesn't mean he's immune to criticism especially when he has accomplishments like that. Sorry I'm not a 100% Pop apologist. I just expect more out of a 60+ win team but I haven't seen anything to feel confident.

It's not uncommon for him to make adjustments after the 2 away games. Picture becomes a bit clearer once you get your opponents best games.
