Yarn Bombing. It's a thing. No, seriously.

Andy Griffith?
are u always son the smartphone or tablet b4 heading to bed? read the blue lights it emits makes u stay awake or some
Have children. Youll sleep like a baby as soon as them go to bed
Interesting.... My new cell does have a blue light on and off switch.. Ill give that a try... but recently iv been trying to stay off the phone while trying to sleep
Thats a huge crock of tbh. That F.Lux programb is supposed to change the temps of your monitors backlight to help stop sleeplessness from being on a PC close to bed time. just makes the screen look like , I'll sleep either way.
Fred Rogers. Kind of apt, given the man's affinity for sweaters. Statue is about 10 feel tall.

Hallucinations and panic attacks become noticeable, continuing for about five months.
Complete inability to sleep is followed by rapid loss of weight. This lasts for about three months.
Dementia, during which the patient becomes unresponsive or mute over the course of six months. This is the final progression of the disease, after which death follows."
Truth
I can barely make it downstairs to the couch after I get the kids in bed.
