What Brietbart either leaves out, or doesn't really know, is that in France you can for any party's candidate, even if you aren't part of it.
Not as cut and dried as Brietbarts wants reality to be, but then outrage drives clicks and ad revenue. Calling 85,000 slobbering fascists names is a lot different than calling 8,000,000 people who lean right horrible things. Not all people with right wing views are slobbering fascists, but all slobbering fascists have right wing views. Not all people with left wing views are slobbering communists, but all slobbering communists have left wing views.
