Lee was crap but what was worse was Pau and LMA passing out of the post when guarded by Gordan, Harden, and Williams.

That's a of a leap of faith to expect Aldridge to do in a must win game. Damn I wish we had Duncan on two bad knees instead.

Damn if they could salary dump this pussy and make a run at Hayward this summer. Maybe see if Atlanta will take him since they took a broken down Splitter.
Hayward? Spurs don need other pussy...

However, the Spurs wont make any drastic move until 2018. After next 2017-18 season they will clear the book without Parker LMA contracts.

Outside of Pop being a dumb old stubborn SOB, I can't get over continuing to trot out Lee instead of Dedmon. As soon as we went small in the third, Houston went to the hoop seven straight trips. Didn't even think about the three ball. They knew Lee wasn't going to block .

    Pop's an idiot.

Yep, but I guess Pop wanted Dedmon to get over himself.

    Well, that's on Pop too.

Pop was so conservative in the quarter where Spurs got killed. D'Antoni made a move in that quarter, Pop didnt.

We already know that Pop will keep feeding LMA and Pau over Rockets midgets in game 5...When that's exactly what Rockets want. There a big reason why they double Kawhi and let LMA guarding by Harden...Kawhi's offense hurt them...LMA offense not that much.

Rockets looked at the numbers, the Spurs have won games with LMA scoring 15 in the series...But they wont win games with Kawhi low scoring.

Kawhi scored +25 pts in every Spurs win in the playoffs, when he scored less than that, Spurs lost.

Dantoni went small in the 3rd. Blew the game from a 2 point lead to 18 point lead in 6mins..

Pop didn't adjust and hopefully saved his hand for Game 5.

I don't really understand the fantasy that many have here about savior Dedmon. He's too limited on offense, and even on defense, he fouls and misses rotations.

His fouling is precisely why he's not in the rotation. Against this team, it'll be the death of you (1.6-1.7 PPP). Gasol and Aldridge are less athletic but smarter defenders. Lee though I don't understand.

I do understand the cries for Dedmon though more than the ones for Bertans and Forbes. They've shown me nothing

And all that money for more FAs that will refuse to come here, even more so after Aldridge went to after getting here. I know Aldridge sucks because he's a pussy, but the perception will still be there.

Aldridge needs to be gone now. I don't care if we trade him for a ball boy. He's too high maintenance and fragile. Cut the dead weight. Can't waste more of Kawhi's prime years.

Didnt watch game but I can imagine LA doing that. He doesnt like to battle unless pushed to the limit so I can see him thinking after one good game "Ok I got it, everythings going to come easy now". He does it everytime.

Rockets won game 1, then relaxed in game 2. The "we stole one in their place" mindset.
Spurs won game 2 after the embarrassment of game 1. Spurs won game 3 - extra focus from losing home court and Tony's injury.
    Spurs relaxed in game 4.
All were sort of predictable after the Game 1 blowout.

Now, with it best out of 3 things will get really tight. Should be fun... Bet the games get closer. Neither team will lose focus now. (Though there is a small chance if Spurs win Game 5, they mail it in Game 6 to try and win the series at home in 7).

I agree! One of the problem though is they're getting the ball too high on the post requiring them to dribble. They need to be closer to the rim to make it more effective. Aldridge had success when he is close to the rim. It's a disaster if they have to dribble to get closer to get to the rim.

Pop seems very willing to waste Kawhi's prime years.

What I saw tonight is houston put their ING GUARDS ON OUR 7 FOOTERS AND DARED THEM TO TRY TO SCORE IN THE PAINT!!!!!!. When Aldridge finally realized Harden is only 6'5 in the 3rd, it was too late by then. Another thing I noticed is that we are letting Harden rest on defense. He's guarding Pau and Pau is standing at the 3 point line. The same thing with Anderson. Once Aldridge and Simmons started attacking him, he started breathing heavy. Why is this hard to comprehend? Other teams attacked our worst defender(Parker) but we give guys like Curry and Harden a break. wtf
