    Good post. I hope the same. It didn't look good at all. and as expresionless as Kawhi is normally he looked both worried and sad at the same time... He wanted to play so badly one could tell.

    the risk with things like that is him favoring the ankle could make him screw up something else tbh. That is how the bad injuries sometimes happen... not even on the original sore spot.

    Yep. Exactly! I even thought he was playing like he was dinged up before the ankle injury. We may not beat the Rockettes, but if we do, we don't have a chance against the Dubs this season. You don't put your franchise player at risk under these cir stances.

    No one in the spurs organization makes definitive answers about Injuries. Leonard did because im sure he's emotionally sad for not playing...Hope they show him tape and let him know he's got a bad ankle.

    Kawhi wanted and could have played but Pop made the ultimate decision. Whether it would have been a good thing or not who knows, the Spurs won and that's all that matters. If Kawhi plays game 6, have Simmons on Harden to help ease the load off Kawhi.

    He's wearing regular shoes. No boot or wrap or anything. Just a tweaked ankle. They'll treat it and tape it up good.

    Anyone know what those wraps all over his knee/leg were though?
