Although the answer will be a big, fat "no", but the question still needs to be asked, will any of the Fascist Soldier Boys even, at the very least, admit their Fascist Role Models and Media flopped harder than 2005 Ginobli on Comey and that they are hypocritical in the whole thing, as is Trump?

Doesn't hurt to ask. Just want to see if there is such thing as honesty on that side of the fence.
Find one liberal or liberal media outlet saying Comey did a great job on the Clinton email fiasco and shouldn't have been fired for it.

You've probably maintained that stance since before he was fired.

    Trash has a NEW LIE

Trump says 'his decision' to fire FBI chief, calls him 'showboat': NBC interview

    "He's a showboat.

    He's a grandstander.

The FBI has been in turmoil,"

Trump told NBC in his first interview since his abrupt firing on Tuesday of Comey

"I was going to fire Comey. My decision,"

    Trump said.

"I was going to fire regardless of recommendation."

And yeah not sure what you think changed. I agreed with him then and just said it doesn't matter to me either way.
Your responses in this thread seemed to indicate a resistance to an independent investigation.

My statement was also in January and at this point I'd just like to see it finished one way or another so the country can stop focusing on Russia 24/7
Me too. But Watergate took about two years so we should all probably get comfortable.

The new acting FBI director keeps contradicting the White House’s spin in Senate testimony

Andrew McCabe testified that the Russia investigation was “highly significant” and that Comey was well-respected in the bureau.

On Wednesday, White House deputy press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders claimed the Russia investigation was “probably one of the smallest things” the FBI had “going on their plate.” When asked about that comment, McCabe wouldn’t agree. “We consider it to be a highly significant investigation,” he said instead.

Sanders also said that the White House would “love” for the investigation “to be completed so that we can all move on.” But McCabe signaled he had no intention of doing so. “It is my opinion and belief that the FBI will continue to pursue this investigation vigorously and completely,” he testified.

The administration has also claimed that rank-and-file FBI agents had lost confidence in Comey. Perhaps unsurprisingly (given that Comey was his boss), McCabe disputed that. “Director Comey enjoyed broad support within the FBI and still does to this day,” he said. “I can confidently tell you that the majority, the vast majority of FBI employees, enjoyed a deep and positive connection to Director Comey.”

McCabe also maintained that in his view, the Russia investigation was not being deprived of needed resources.

“I believe we have the adequate resources to do it, and I know that we have resourced that investigation adequately," he testified.

And overall, McCabe maintained that the investigation would continue despite Comey’s dismissal. “There has been no effort to impede our investigation to date. Quite simply put, sir, you cannot stop the men and women of the FBI from doing the right thing, from protecting the American people, from upholding the Cons ution,” he said.

I see an independent investigation as a waste of time at this point. That adds another year or two from today...you'd love that though.

The intel committees have already been at it for months, no need to scrap it all and start over.

Didn't say that. My point is why are they pissed NOW? That Trump fired him? Because Trump fired him for heading up the Russia Investigation? But to answer your question:

No, that isn't the FBI pissed off. That is McCabe pissed off because he's going to have to answer to Grassley all the questions Comey declined to answer about McCabe's wife accepting $700,000 from McAuliffe. Trump just threw McCabe to the wolves of course he's bitter

A waste of whose time? I'm not concerned with time, it's not like I personally have to work on anything. And I don't see the current intel taking any less time than that either.

We have a President who has no regard for truth and no inhibitions about interfering with things he doesn't like. This needs to be as far from his fingers as possible.

‘This guy’s a mobster’: Investigative reporter suspects FBI probing Trump’s ties to Russian mob

“There’s a third camp, which is stuff I have been working on, is the organized crime,” Henry said.

    “This guy’s a mobster.

He has all these dodgy business partners.

He knew or should have known that they were involved in organized crime, money-laundering, racketeering.

    That’s pretty hard to deny.

We see the people he’s been in business with.

We see the deals over and over again.

    It’s in plain sight.

That’s the theory I’ve been working on.”

“You could make a case on good old-fashioned criminal law — if you had a prosecutor,” he added.

Trash has already been convicted of money-laundering, and had to settle about Trash University fraud.

to make mccabe look like an untouchable, a mans man. building the myth of what will be called THE man of integrity. the man whose integrity cannot be challenged. they wouldn't put someone in charge if they hadn't planned the outcome.

why would they be afraid of an incompetent like comey?

these guys are gonna wash it away.

LOL the Russian state media can be at that summit but not our press. So Trump is telling the nation that Putin's propaganda mouthpiece is more trustworthy than the American free press. What a disgrace, Reagan must be turning over in his grave at this and at his party being enablers for our Dear Leader.
    Damn good point.
