Thank god. He couldve played tonight but we were saving him for Game 7. We got lucky and closed them out and now we will have a fresh Kawhi for Game 1 Sunday. Best case scenario. Gotta steal game 1, it is ripe for the taking.

Definitely need to steal game 1. The team just got injected with some great confidence to ride into the next series. They'll be playing like the huge underdogs that they are and GSW might sleep on the Spurs allowing us to steal the first game.

That's some classic CIA Pop. Thinking ahead to the next series. I thought he wanted Leonard healthy for a game 7.

I think it also helps we were in an INTENSE couple of series with adversity and we are rolling right now and they are coming off back to back sweeps with a long layoff. Perfect time to catch them off guard and win a close game with better execution down the stretch.

Ok so Kawhi is definitely not playing on Sunday. Game time decision incoming.

Got lucky? Last nite was one of the best Spurs' playoffs performance ever mate. There wasn't a single drop of luck in that beating tbh

Nothing changed homie. It was either Game7 vs Roxs or Game1 vs Worriers.

No, it didn't. It looked that way because players were actually hitting their shots for once.

You're the idiot that's saying to trade Kawhi after this blowout win no one expected to happen. Rockets are the typical no defense dantoni coached team. Harden didn't show up to play and the Spurs blew them out now you want kawh gone. You don't get anymore idiotic then that.

During Game 1, how long before we see re s posting that the Spurs would stand a better chance against GS without Kawhi?

    Over/Under: 5 minutes of gameplay

Spurs need his defense against a team like the Warriors. They get killed otherwise. That's the real worry here; he has to be healthy enough to be an elite level defender for the Spurs to have a chance in this series.

Pop didn't enjoy any question but his face changed badly when Jabari asked about Kawhi's knee...

We can say that his knee is a real issue now

    plus there was NO Kawhi-so!
But there were a lot of LMA-Isos in the post.

I find so funny how people loved last LMA's game but if he would have missed all those many Isos he had against Harden and Anderson in that game, the same people would say " LMA, he stagnates offense"

If Kawhi-so works...he's the best player in the world. When he's injured or shooting poor... but but but he's hurting Spurs offense

    Crazy people
