Probably the fact that the Spurs are very secretive about Kawhi's injury doesn't help.
+900 underdogs
By far the worst odds they've had against anybody during the Pop era, tbh..
Probably the fact that the Spurs are very secretive about Kawhi's injury doesn't help.
We were 9 point underdogs yesterday.![]()
No . But if we can turn on that beautiful game like last night we have a chance.
1000 bucks on the Spurs would get you 9000 if they win the series
Have a few grand lying around might put them up just for the of it
If warriors dont win the ship this year, they're a complete failure. 5x worse than blowing a 3-1 lead to cleveland tbh
Spurs odds sound about right to me
Spurs were going to be underdogs in this series no matter what. With Parker and Leonard injured, those odds were only going to swing further in the Warriors' favor.
There must be a ton of money being dropped on the Spurs. The series price is at +650 now. Looks like the public is split for game 1. Let's see where it ends up by Sunday.
Warriors had a team that could beat the Spurs outright and then added one of the top players for nothing. They may be the best team ever, certainly of this era.
So how would you place a bet to vegas from sa legit?
Even a 100 bet could net you a cool near g
The reality is that even with a fully healthy roster the Spurs will struggle to push this series past 5 games. There is nothing wrong with that, the Warriors are an unfair godly team.
It's actually nice to have a series where every game is the Spurs playing with house money.
They got a shot. They will get one of the first two to take away homecourt advantage. Most likely game 2 imo
Yep. I think it will be a sweep but that doesn't mean I don't think each game will be compe ive (IMO it will be similar to Indiana/Cleveland this year). I just can't see a scenario where San Antonio can finish off a fully healthy, motivated GS team in any game with the players that they have.
Not a knock on SA, but the laughably stacked team Golden State has doesn't compare to anything I've ever seen in the NBA.
having two of the top three players along with two other all stars and other above average role players
Even David Stern couldn't manufacture a team that good in his 30 years
I was just thinking, "this must be the biggest underdog scenario the Spurs have been in since pre-Duncan."
Confirmed.
1 dollar will get me 9? Where do I sign up? My rent is late
Leonard is the best player in this series.
Spurs win the series in 6.
Sadly, the Warriors have 4 of the 5 best players in this series.
tbh the Shaq/Kobe Lakers are the only other team I can think of that had two of the top three players in the league but they were surrounded by a bunch of scrubs (clutch scrubs though) while the Warriors have two additional all stars
Placing $100 on Spurs tomorrow to win the series.
Start a thread about this tbh.
Got money on the spurs. Just like the team, I'm playing with house money this offseason. The warriors and cavs just rolling through the first two rounds has made this the easiest offseason to win money on in recent memory.
no you don't
