agreed.
Really tried to rally us to the win, tbh, showing some leadership out there... we're gonna miss this dude when he retires...
it's going to be tough to replace this guy and I mean REPLACE this guy despite his age. The Spurs have a really good team but to compete at this level they are a little short on the bench. Everything needs to go right like not losing your best players, etc - he's going to be sorely missed
patty and gasol.
Patty is 5'11 and had a 6'7 Klay Thompson who is a very good defender on him all game. Patty isn't going to do this series.
Pau Gasol, on the other hand, is 7'0 tall and should be feasting on their lineups, but instead is softer than baby and just brought his worst performance of the year to the table. He was absolute trash. Blame him.
Manu has really turned it on after a bad start to the postseason.
Manu moved up from 2 to 1b on my all time fav Spurs list. Gonna miss the big nose Argentinian.
I don't know why we kept force feeding LMA like he gonna turn into Tim Duncan and that's why we lost the ing lead.![]()
As good as he was, had he not been ball watching at the end of the game and we grab that rebound, we win.
Just incredible effort for his age...Spurs gotta talk him back into another year..
Yep. I was proud of all the Spurs, even LMA.
He was terrible in the third quarter, but got it together after that.
Now that the puerto rican got his good game out of the way, he can stink for the next 4 games in peace
I've been hard on him lately but even at 39 he gave it all he has left. Worse part was there was just a tweet saying he was really crying in the locker room after the loss. Feel bad for him. Going to miss him when he retires.
source?
Manu just said KL fell into Zaza's foot....
I feel the same. It was an accident.
Great job Manu. Been awesome past few.
