The interesting thing is that ZaZa didn't put his foot under Kawui's foot so he'd land on it like everyone is saying.
Look carefully, ZaZa's foot moves into Kawhi's foot in midair from the side before Kawhi lands, putting Kawhi off balance even before he lands. Kawhi had no chance to avoid it.
That makes this a bit different than the normal foot-under-the-shooter ploy.
