Hard to tell. Bannon is one of the s miest people I have seen in US Politics, and he imagines himself every bit the Machiavellian schemer.
I think you have a good point here.
Though if it really is Bannon singing to the press about Cuckner it would mean Trump would have to be squeaky clean on Russia. If so I'd actually be really impressed, because it would be Bannon pulling the ultimate troll job on the media. Because there is no option B for Bannon: Trump is the candidate he cultivated for implementing his nationalist agenda once a disgraced Palin stepped off the public stage.
lol no. Bannon hates Trump. He's actually ing over Trump by squealing on Kushner.
a bunch of twitter nerds filed a case nobody will take seriously. This is less legitimate than the Spurs fan trying to slap a restraining order on Zaza.
That won't matter. Ryan has been recorded taking money. He's already ed.
White House orders agencies to ignore Democrats’ oversight requests
Trump’s aides are trying to shut down the release of information that could be used to attack the president.
The White House is telling federal agencies to blow off Democratic lawmakers' oversight requests, as Republicans fear the information could be weaponized against President Donald Trump.
At meetings with top officials for various government departments this spring, Uttam Dhillon, a White House lawyer,
told agencies not to cooperate with such requests from Democrats,
according to Republican sources inside and outside the administration
It appears to be a formalization of a practice that had already taken hold, as
Democrats have complained that their oversight letters requesting information from agencies have gone unanswered since January,
and the Trump administration has not yet explained the rationale.
The declaration amounts to a new level of partisanship in Washington, where the president and his administration already feels besieged by media reports and attacks from Democrats.
The idea, Republicans said, is to choke off the Democratic congressional minorities from gaining new information that could be used to attack the president.

now we have Repugs laying autocracy on top of corporatocracy.
Martial law up next?
If true that does take partisanship to the next level.
LOL what? Trump is Bannon's dream president. Trump is great at fanning the flames of his voters' anger, he loves a fight, and he's so ing lazy he'll just let Bannon do his work for him. If Trump goes down Bannon becomes a nobody overnight. Bannon needs a Trump presidency so he can transform the GOP from an evangelical conservative party to a right wing nationalist one. This is Bannon's one chance, he'll never get another if Trump goes down in flames.

Are you going to tell us more or can I save you the time and just check Louise Mensch's twitter feed?
Hmmm....I've seen this strategy employed somewhere recently
Will Trump block Comey testimony? White House does not know yet
White House officials said on Friday they did not know yet whether President Donald Trump will seek to block former FBI Director James Comey from testifying to Congress next week, a move that could spark a political backlash.
"I have not spoken to counsel yet. I don't know how they're going to respond," White House spokesman Sean er told reporters.
Comey was leading a Federal Bureau of Investigation probe into alleged Russian meddling in last year's U.S. presidential election
and possible collusion by Trump's campaign when the president fired him last month.
Critics have charged that Trump was seeking to hinder the FBI's investigation by dismissing Comey.
Presidents can assert executive privilege to prevent government employees from sharing information.
However, legal experts say it is not clear whether certain conversations between Trump and Comey that the president has talked about publicly would be covered, and
any effort to block Comey, who is now a private citizen, from testifying could be challenged in court.

Do It, Just Do It!swoosh!
Yeah Trump waived executive privilege once he tweeted about Comey. He can't block .
