Trump only functions in conflict. It's literally the only social construct he understands. Put him in a neutral crowd and he bulls his way to the front and begins to assert himself. It's a trait found in Asperger's. Can't decode common social cues, becomes clumsy and uncomfortable and will say virtually anything to stir/lead the crowd and create an atmosphere of conflict where he feels at home.
He's almost textbook in that regard.

I refrained from answering the RandomGuy dementia question because I'm not qualified in the least to answer, but I know Aspergers, I worked in the field for 7 years and specialized in behavior management, specifically autism. Not once have I ever thought Trump is anywhere close to being on the spectrum in any way. I find the thought laughable. He obviously enjoys conflict, but high functioning Aspergers no shot.
