Rivals is saying Dean's commitment date will be July 31st.
another safety no way that's possible, right?
Rivals is saying Dean's commitment date will be July 31st.
I guess we'll see.
Sterns has talked about starting at CB and Overshown will play LB as well.
The report mentioned Dean's sister lives in Houston.
Excellent news to get Perkins on campus with Adeoye and other big time commitments and targets.
If Tatum follows through with his visit next weekend, that's a great opportunity for Herman and Orlando to sit him down with Perkins and sell the tandem.
No real update on CB Anthony Cook from the Five-Star Challenge, but he told OrangeBloods he's been blown away by the edits and social media stuff that Texas has sent him since Herman has taken over.

24/7 reporting 2019 ATH Jordan Whittington of Cuero is back on campus again today.
That's three visits in less than two weeks.

FWIW, Holland at 24/7 said he checked with some sources today and he doesn't believe DE Ron Tatum will flip to OU at this time.
He said Tatum has a great relationship with Coach Giles, the two had a long conversation earlier in the week and Tatum told the staff he'll be in Austin next Saturday.
Also from 24/7, 2019 five-star RB Noah Cain will be back on campus next weekend.
It looks like the staff is putting on some kind of recruiting event on June 17th which is why you'll see the Fast 7-on-7 team on campus as well.
The attendees list should be stacked.
Hanging with Coach Naivar tells us UT wants Whittington at safety.
WR Al'vonte Woodard of Houston Lamar told OrangeBloods two of the players recruiting him to UT the hardest are WR Justin Watkins and S BJ Foster.
I wa thinking the same thing.
CB/LB depending on how they develop?
Maybe some have played WR as well?
With all the crazy designations we have at LB and DB and playing in the Big 12 maybe it's a good thing.
RB Brock Sturges (Allen)

Its amazing how well this staff has been able to connect with national prospects. It's been noted they're a bonafide group and the continue to prove they can battle with the best of them.
This seems pretty interesting since a lot of folks have pegged Watkins for someone who's likely to flip at some point.
I forgot to to mention he told OrangeBloods yesterday there was a fifth school on his list, but he was keeping people guessing.
TCU is a safe bet with his teammate, Rogers, committed there, imo.
WR Brennan Eagles of Alief Taylor told Rivals he'll be visiting UT next weekend.
