gotta give credit to the warriors. they were NBA runner ups last year and didnt stand pat... tbh if they stood pat they would not have won this le. People say Durant joined a superteam but the reality is theyre a super team because of Durant. 73 wins doesnt mean jack when you lose the last 3 games and fail to win a championship. Their margin of victory was only 1/5 a point higher than the Spurs last year, so they werent even that far ahead of the pack.
LeHype's man won MVP for a 3rd Finals joining Kwame Leonard and Iggy:

And lebron outplayed him.
He was kinda stat-padding at the end there.![]()
Thats why he ran away from a 60 win team, he could not lead them to a championship.
34 pts, 10 rebs, 10 assists.....he averaged a triple double in the finals. But go ahead and slurp durant for takingthe hardest road

steph no fmvp
saying gsw doesn't win a ring without kd? if they don't sign kd, they would've kept the same team from last year and still make it to the finals
exaggeration tbh ...
Who cares? He just lost not 1, not 2,....but 5 Finals.

Jerry west lost like 8 finals and he's the god damn logo.
I wonder if it bothers Curry deep down, even just a little, that Durant gets the credit.
Agreed
Of course it does.
Brown already had a ring as the assistant coach of the Spurs.
It would've been embarrassing if he put up something like 22/8 on 45% for the series and won the le, but the was by far their most reliable player when it came down to crucial possessions. 35/8/5 on 55/45/90. That's incredible.
Steph can get his moment next year or 2, but KD needed this FMVP more, imo. Just for validation.
I find it absurd to read comments like Durant took the easy road, being carried to the le, asterisk championship etc, etc. He looked out for his best interests and delivered a ring to a city looking for revenge. They both needed each other to beat the Cavaliers.
It isn't fair you guys...Lebron needs more help![]()
It isn't fair you guys, a 73 win that had already won a le, with the two time reigning MVP, needed more help.
Laker fans talking out both sides of their asses.
11 out of 13 > 6-0
9-0 > 6-0
Russell, Havilcek and Satch Sanders > DK
And propping up a division rival no less. Sad how far that pathetic franchise and fan base has fallen.....
Not sure their obsession with LeBron's legacy when he surpassed Kobe years ago
All this is doing is propping up KD, who is next on the list to surpass Kobe.
