Swap these 1 year rentals and get this done before the draft. All this talk has me wanting to see something get accomplished prior to the draft.

Both can guard Durant or Curry.
Do I owe my boy, MaNu4Tres 50 bucks?![]()
Durant. Curry, Thompson, Draymond, Iguodala. They can both defend any of the Warriors players that can hurt you.
Heck, Kawhi might even be relieved. With Manu and Patty both possibly gone, who else will get and give a good interview?
Man if the Spurs could land George how would Chris Paul say no? Though I'm making the assumption they'd only trade for George if he'll sign a max extension here.
Me, too!
I was thinking a much on offense. Kawhi is such a load for them inside the paint.
Yeah, both their ankles could brutally snap in the same game.![]()
Might attract more than Paul - nobody in mind, just sayin'.
Worry about getting him first, then you work on him wanting to stay, imho.
Attractive.
I know PG13s value isn't that high because of him maybe not resigning. But wouldn't Lakers offer more than us giving them LMA and maybe a lot pick?
I'd take two of Clarkson, Randle, #3 rather than LMA. , I'd probably do it for one of these assets.
I don't think anybody really thinks George will be a Spur next season. It's just a no-brainer to try.
Maybe you get the Suns and their 4th involved.![]()
I doubt Lakers are offering their pick. Otherwise they have trash.
If the Spurs could land CP3 & PAul George this summer? Holy , that's a lot of talent. So what if George goes after 1 year? Set up an appointment with Lebron James.
?For Lebron?![]()
It would be SO worth it, right? I'd probably match it, just because...
I'm not clear on how Paul comes without dumping LMA's salary. Parker won't be traded or waived.
They're not trading their pick, and the other two guys aren't assets. Clarkson is a dime a dozen and getting paid $12/yr for the next three and Randle will be a restricted FA in a year (read: could get overpaid).
Aldridge is much more valuable either of the two, and both combined.
Thing is: Why would the Lakers give all that knowing thay they can have him for free the next offseason?
And who knows? Maybe the Pacers would rather have an established All-star than a couple players with mediocre potential.
