The only player on the roster I'd move for Rubio is Parker, and that's only if Parker was out all of next year. If he were to play, I'd still take Parker.
I've outlined it before - Rubio is essentially the worst shooter in NBA history who has taken as many shots as he has. He has negative value as you simply can't overcome this.

They drafted a PG (Kris Dunn) with the #3 pick. Rubio played so well Dunn was benched and traded off. He had the best year of his career I think he's a solid player. His shot continues to improve. And ya'll are wrong about him defensively, he's good defensively for a point guard. But I still don't see him for Aldridge straight up being a good trade for us.

OP are you crazy? We are trying to parlay LMA into a PG13 rental or backdoor Boogie trade to with Rubio, that is a net minus because he is no long term solution, nor does he close the gap presently. I would rather stand pat if that is the case.
I wouldn't have done it until now, but LA has turned into a cancer and is going to cause further issues if he remains on the team in the coming months. We need to get rid of him, and I'd rather get something for him than lose him for nothing.
If that's all you need, he's your man.
