he did, but it was more about his family insisting he get a lot of PT. his brother and sister both went to steele as well. but i guess his pops couldn't handle that his kid, despite all his offers, was not going to start because of who was ahead of him at the safety position. there was no way this kid was going to take the position away from UT commit Caden Sterns or even from the other safety, and Baylor commit, JT Woods. Steele has a loaded secondary (they all have D1 offers) and Cavazos had leadership and technique concerns. The irony is that he will still sit on the bench at the IMG academy.

Steele will crush teams in many regular season games no? he will be seen if he's really good. , they usually crush people through many playoff games. If the kid wants to go let him. dave campbell's texas football mag picks Judson to win the le in DI and Steele to win it all in DII. I was over at Steele yesterday for the 7 on 7's and Judson looked stacked. Steele's only question mark is who takes over at QB for Xavier Martin, who graduated and went to Tech. I did see that Steele secondary though and they are super athletic, led by Caden Sterns, who just looks like a beast.

When it comes to RB's there's no doubt in my mind Stan Drayton is the difference maker in getting a real shot at these guys. I think he's the primary reason 2019 RB Noah Cain has been coming around on the Horns.
