Jazz were right to target cheaper, more dynamic PG, but they got the wrong one. Should have pushed hard for Bledsoe (to be fair, his availability was probably tied in part to Jackson going 3rd, in which case they probably would have picked Fox 4th). Still, no matter how much Hayward likes Hill, he should know this.
Wouldn't assume Hill to Spurs is done deal. Probably contingent on whether Timberwolves sign Lowry. They can easily outbid Spurs and offer a better long term situation.
I don't know why Spurs aren't linked to Griffin or Hayward. It's late to jump in, but they should have been in long ago. This team desperately needs another prominent player and still has enough cache to at least get a meeting with damn near anyone.
